Booking & Time Frames
Eagle River ordinances require a weekly booking.
We currently have bookings set up from Sun - Sun.
We can likely accommodate different stay durations; please contact us directly to discuss options.
Nightly Pricing
Nightly pricing varies based on seasonality and is subject to change.
Summer Pricing:
$500-$700 per night.
Winter Snowmobile Season
$300-$500 per night
Off-Season Pricing
(Nov, Late March & April)
$300-$400 per night
Boat and Jetski Rental and Usage is Separate
Cleaning Fee
There is an additional cleaning fee paid to Vacasa (Management Company), which also varies. We do not take any of the cleaning fees through Vacasa.
Boat Rental
We only rent for the entire term of your rental.
Memorial Day – Labor Day
7/8 day stays – $1,000 per week
Off Season
$500 for the stay

Security Deposit $500
A security deposit is required to use the boat and will be refunded after images of the boat are sent back showing the condition, total gas, and cover replaced.
You must be 25 years or older to rent the boat.
A short 10-minute boat training call is required as part of the rental process.
Jetski Rental
We only rent for the entire term of your rental.

$600 per week
Off Season & Short-Term Stays
$350 for the stay
Security Deposit $500
A security deposit is required to use the jetski and will be refunded after images of the jetski are sent back showing the condition and total gas.
You must be 25 years or older to rent the jet ski.
